All My Life…

I’m so excited! I just found out that John Freyer of All My Life For Sale will be on the Screensavers tonight! Kudos to Mike for pointing it out to me! I met John at SXSW last year thanks to Barkingmoose Mike. I think he was one of the most interesting people I met while I was there, so I can’t wait to see him on the Tivo! I can’t wait to check out the book too; he was really excited about it when he talked about it last spring and I’ve added it to my list of things for Santa to bring me this year!

*cough* Have you ever had that talk with your parents? You know … the one where they tell you about Santa? Where all the illusions are stripped away and the truth is revealed? I’m guessing you haven’t … well, I’m not sure how to tell you this, but ummm, Santa is a washed-up biker living in the trailer parks only a few miles from your house. That’s right – the jolly old Saint Nick that you saw in the living room as a young child was really a fat, lousy thief who was attempting to steal your Christmas. Thought you ought to know … 😉
