Tick Tock goes the clock … time is drawing near. Almost time to head for Austin – hard to believe that by tonight we will be Breaking Bread with Brad to kick everything off! Meryl is bringing a dial-up modem card for me to use in the laptop, so we WILL be online. Now I don’t feel so disconnected. Time will probably be limited, but still – this way we can post pictures! Whoo hoo! SXSW, Baby! (Can you tell I’m just a little excited? Yes, yes I am…)
No matter what Chris Pirillo says, don’t believe him. My heart has always belonged to him, but … he’s married. And I like Gretchen, a lot. So Robyn went on a quest to find me a single geek and thought that Martin of The Screen Savers would be perfect. But I am still a total devoted to Chris. (Gosh, I hope Gretchen doesn’t mind sharing him…)
It’s almost time! Sherry is this close (*pinchy finger gesture*) to having her baby. I think she will have it on Saturday, March 9th in the afternoon. Anyone else want to guess when HoneyBun will be making his entrance into the world?
(I had to update this post – I had put the 16th originally. Then as I was going to sleep last night I thought to myself … the 16th is a week away. I meant this Saturday – that’s the 9th! Oops!)
Late last night I went to post a comment on Dawn’s site, and got a weird error. I didn’t think too much of it, just that it was a rebuild glitch. Then this morning, Robyn & I had blank white pages. Now I’ve found out that Jenn and many others hosting at Aletia are having problems with MT not running. Eek! (My blank page had nothing to do with that since I am hosting somewhere else) Hopefully it’s just a techno glitch over there and someone can get them all back up & running soon!
