- After today, I’m totally setting up an Emergency Wedding Photographer website. My superhero points just went up. #
- It is official, I’m going to MEXICO next weekend for a wedding! Puerto Vallarta, here I come! (With hand sanitizer. And a mask.) #
- RT @the_swine_flu because I’m cracking up: @christinebpc Congrats on the trip to Mexico. Let’s meet up! #swineflu (Niiiiiiiiiiiiice!) #
- Ok, enough fun and excitement around here – wedding rescued, plane tickets booked, room reservation set. Now it is time for lunch! #
- The flu virus can only live on a surface for about an hour. WHY are we wasting time & money scrubbing down schools? I can’t figure it out. #

- Of course, I forgot the category for my post, and changing it changed the link. Doh! Erika & Jason’s album – http://christinetremoulet.com #
- I didn’t design 2 albums last night, but I did do 2 in 24 hours. Plus edits on a 3rd. @slightclutter am I still a superhero? #
- For a change of pace, I think I’ll turn off the computer before 11pm and knit for awhile. I hear my Lizard Ridge blanket calling me. #

- Please RT: Crafters – why would anyone think they could rip off Jenny Hart and not be found out? http://tinyurl.com/dn6mxr (via @modeknit) #
- I proofed 3 sessions in one day on Monday. Today’s challenge? Design 2 wedding albums. I think I can do it! I’m up for the challenge! #

- I did it! I did it! THREE boudoir sessions proofed and online tonight. Sweet! Feels so nice to be ahead of schedule on proofing! #
- I find it ironic how many books you can buy on Amazon that promote living life with less clutter. Good start? Not buying them. #
- I tried really hard to not cry at the end of Marley & Me. But they got me. I cried. How could you not? #
- Congratulations to @emmiegrn & Michael – their daughter was born today! Eeeeeee!!! She looks so precious – can’t wait to meet her! #
If Film Crews Ran the World…
I helped my friend Jennifer out this past wedding and was the second photographer at her client’s wedding. It rained, rained, rained through the ceremony, which was – of course – outdoors. Fortunately, it was outdoors under a covered area, at a venue that is prepared for this sort of thing and has plastic walls that they can put up on the sides when it rains to keep everyone dry. But it started raining so hard just before the bride was supposed to walk down the aisle that the crew had to stop and put up an additional plastic rain wall thing next to the walkway so she could pass. The ushers had to completely lift her dress over the puddles.
If only they had had a film crew like this one to run the day. It would have been perfect.
(In the end, the wedding went off smoothly, it was still quite lovely even with the rain, and we all stayed mostly dry. It was a great day!)
