I checked. I checked again. I had the script tag in place in the header to make the pop-up window come up. I had the Comment Listing Template all set up. It didn’t work. Robyn was a saint and sent me copies of her templates. Zalary had sent me hers last Thursday (to rescue me!). I checked their code. I checked mine. Nothing should be wrong, but the pop-up windows are STILL not working. I just don’t get it – especially because for a moment they worked, but pulled up the full template in a small window. I thought all I did was change the code to make it not include the image (no scrolling bar on the bottom!) I give up. I give up. I give up.

Yeah, I Broke it Again…
I am trying to get comments to work in a pop-up window. I can’t do it. I don’t know what’s wrong with the code. I am about to start pulling out hair again… But if you select the “Return for More” link you should still be able to leave a comment. I’ll keep working on my pop-up windows…
Worth Keeping…
I just don’t have enough blogs. So I added another one … Worth Keeping. It doesn’t have it’s own domain yet, and I am not sure if it ever will. But for now it has a “home” and a place for me to keep things I get via e-mail that are just “Worth Keeping” to me. This may evolve into a group thing like the Well, Slap Me Silly! site, someday. Not tonight though.
By the way, for those who have asked me if MT is faster to set up than GM … setting up “Worth Keeping” took me less than 15 minutes using the default template, and that includes my very first post. Of course I haven’t customized anything yet, but it’s up and running!
Look! Look!
I realized when I went to look at my site with skin #4 (wanted to make sure it all looked ok in the all CSS skins) that the blog title was right up against the blog entry. Which means I could control it with CSS tags. So I poked around in the CSS files, and now the titles of the posts are right on top of the entries in the Venice skin too! Yeah! Now if I can just figure out how to get the time of the post & the number of comments to touch the bottom of the post I will be all set – but for now I am pretty darn happy with this latest fix!

Hysterical amusement and fun can be found at Why People Suck. I highly recommend it with 2 thumbs up.
