Honeybun has arrived! Kai Lonnie Toshiro Cartwright, born March 14, 2002 at 5:44 pm, 7 pounds 7.8 ounces, 20 inches long. Congratulations to Sherry, Lonnie & Kahea!

I’m about to bake a chocolate cake for Kymberlie’s birthday tomorrow! She wants chocolate icing, and I like cream cheese icing on a chocolate cake – so would I be totally silly to ice it half & half? Hmmm… Well, I guess she is the birthday girl, and she asked for chocolate, so that’s what it should be!

Upon my return from Austin, I hadn’t really had time to play with Robert’s site. Now I am in there popping the bubbles and let me just say it’s almost as much fun as playing with bubble wrap! And the Flash Pong is addictive. Ok, that’s probably not the point of his design site, but I’m having fun! (Make sure you have your sound on so you can truly enjoy it!)

They were going to induce yesterday if Honeybun hadn’t arrived yet. From Sherry’s last post, he still wasn’t here as of Wednesday, so … I wonder if he was born yesterday or will be born today! Sending the whole family lots of love!

It’s almost time! Sherry is this close (*pinchy finger gesture*) to having her baby. I think she will have it on Saturday, March 9th in the afternoon. Anyone else want to guess when HoneyBun will be making his entrance into the world?

(I had to update this post – I had put the 16th originally. Then as I was going to sleep last night I thought to myself … the 16th is a week away. I meant this Saturday – that’s the 9th! Oops!)
