Looking for good, wholesome adventure? Visit your local MAiZE – a maze built in a corn field! I thought I would have to wait for my next trip to North Dakota to visit one, but it turns out there are several in Texas, and the one just outside of Houston is open from September 25 – November 28! Plus they have a pumpkin patch, a field of flowers to pick and a petting zoo!
I’m still tossing around ideas for redesigning Pixelog. Let me know which you prefer – the current site design or the one below. Only problem with the potential redesign is that vertical photos would require you to scroll down the page to get to the “notes” on a photo. I want to try to make it as easy as possible to look at the photos. So here are some other choices:

Guess what arrived? Our free iPod from freeipods.com. Yes, it is for real, and yes – it is really here. It has the URL etched on the back, but is that a big price to pay for a free iPod? No, I think not.
I took pictures, but the card reader is in the other room and I just don’t feel like going to get it. It looks like the iPod box, with an iPod inside and all that. Yeah, is that cool or what?!?
I have set up my SassyStamps Gallery and uploaded card images! I love all the pretty cards I’ve made! Creating them gives me such joy – it’s fun to have an idea and a need and then see the work come to life. I think this latest creation is my favorite of the moment.
Now I just need to figure out what I’m going to do with the main portion of the site!
When I visit Emily’s house and she makes popcorn, we always use her Kernel Seasons Gourmet Popcorn Seasonings. Mmmmm… Mike was going to run to the store to pick up something else he needed, and I asked him to pick some of the seasoning up too. I like the Ranch or the White Cheddar flavors, but I suggested that he might like the Parmesan & Garlic.
Being a total smartass, I then add, “Ooooh… I know… how about the Chocolate Marshmallow flavor?”
His response? “Mmmm… that sounds *really* good.”
Seriously? I mean, really? I just stared at him, stunned. Chocolate Marshmallow on your popcorn? I think I’m going to be sick just thinking about it…
