So if you go to MSN an do a search for “women of enron” my site comes up as the #1 result. What’s up with that?

Well, Does Mr. Rodgers Live There?
I’ve received mailings about The Neighborhood from MCI. Unlimited long distance, phone service, call waiting, caller ID, voicemail – all the things I use for one price. The cost is about the same as I pay monthly to SWBell, but the huge perk would be unlimited long distance calls. I never call anyone because of the cost of doing it – so if I sign up for this I could. What I’m wondering is – is there anyone out there that is using MCI for their phone service? (I’ve used them for long distance before and I was happy with them.) What do you think of their phone services – as in actually providing you with your phone connection?
Happy Ears…
*sigh* Depeche Mode in the headphones is making me very happy right now. The song “Somebody” was the song that they played for the first dance at my wedding years ago … and it’s still one of my favorite songs to describe relationships and how I think they should be. Lyrics follow. I’m off to listen to hours & hours of Depeche Mode. Ah, happiness!
Bye-Bye Blogsnob…
Blogsnob has been hacked and is having some issues (namely displaying a GIANT image on sites) so I’ve removed the code from the default skin – the one with the pictures across the top. If you’re using a different skin and want to switch to that one for now, click here. You can always visit the skin selector to switch back later!
The Gold Box…
So, have you seen the Gold Box Offers over at Amazon? Yesterday was the first time I saw my Gold Box, and the offers weren’t too bad. Things I would actually consider buying. Today? This time the Gold Box wasn’t quite so good to me. They offered me (a single female) the chance to buy a Men’s Norelco razor. Why? I have no need for a men’s razor. Nothing on my wishlist would even make you think that I need one of those. Oh well, at least they offered me Kate & Leopold, although I passed it up too. Along with the $112 wine bottle opener – for $112, that thing better be doing a lot more then just opening my bottle of wine!
