Wondering if something like BlogBack | Remote Commenting for Weblogs would work for Hilary. She doesn’t use Blogger though (or Greymatter) but … maybe … well, I let her think about it. I just thought it looked interesting when I saw it over at Susannah’s pretty, new, “where in the world are you?” site!
Guess what Meryl had a link to? fontlover.com! Oh my goodness. If you don’t hear from me again all weekend you will know why. I want a redesign (because, as Brandy mentioned, it’s November the start of a new month is the time for a new design) but I can’t think of anythiing. Everything I “tried” yesterday just didn’t look right. Ugh. Now that I have graphics software again, I can’t think of anything to make. How is that for sad? Hmmm, maybe I’ll just make something simple but rich in fonts!
No-Effort Online Movies by Chris Coutts have moved to a new home, and there are other movies too! But “Tales for the L33T” is still the BEST. I love that movie. I crack up every time I watch it. Matter of fact, Meryl seemed to be feeling blue, so that’s what sent me back to the site, looking for it so she could watch it and hopefully it would make her laugh too!
Kymberlie never ceases to amaze me with her bevy of useless knowledge. We went to lunch today (the OG! – that’s Olive Garden for those of you not in the know) and on the way back to the office we were talking about dreams. She has these bizarre violent dreams, very ironic considering she is pretty much a pacifist in her thinking. Anyways, she was talking about this dream where she was on an escalator, and I said, “You have an issue with escalators, right?” And she said, “Yeah, well, escalators and stairs in general. Climacophobia. That’s fear of stairs.” Yes, she knows what the official term is for the fear of stairs. You can check for yourself right over at PhobiaList.com. And if I ever made it on to “Who Wants to be a Millionaire” you can bet who would be at the top of my “Phone a Friend” list. Even though she makes up words sometimes like functionability. (Sorry, that word STILL cracks me up, almost a year after it happened… why is spellcheck saying this is spelled wrong? It’s spelled right … no, it’s functionality!)
