Many thanks to the WONDERFUL people that visit my site and have left me such supportive comments today. I am so thankful for all of you. Don’t worry, no troll shall bring me down, no matter what they say. I was just telling Dawn yesterday that if anyone messed with her again to let me know, I would be her Guido! And special thanks to Todd for watching my back & letting me know about the troll comments! I have met some really great people through this site & I am very thankful for all of you. If you haven’t said “Hi!” before, leave a comment, send an e-mail, whatever – I would love to know who you are!

Also, I still have this IP address written down – if anyone can tell me how to figure out where it came from, send me and e-mail and let me know. Is it a “tracert”? I don’t remember. Anyone?

An open letter to the dear troll who left such lovely comments here earlier today:

Some of your comments almost seemed to imply that you know me. Hmmm… not sure why, because I certainly hope I don’t know you. I have a gut feeling over who you might be, and if I am right I am truly disappointed. But all of that could just be a negative cloud that has loomed over me for some time. Either way, don’t bother posting comments like that here. I will delete them. If you think I am fat for some reason, I am sorry – but that’s your opinion and not mine. I am not. And I will not tolerate language such as that being left on my website. Fortunately, I have the power of delete along with the power of IP tracking. And with that power – I have the power to shut you out.

I guess I spoke too soon when I said that I was amazed that people have said similar low-life things to Laura and Dawn. Guess it can happen to any of us. But not me, not today. I am in a GREAT mood, and I *REFUSE* to let some TROLL leave comments like that here and get me down. Nope, not going to happen today.

I was looking up a movie time over at MovieTickets.com and I noticed that behind the MovieTickets Family … you know, the ones who are running to the theater to get tickets – “Man Down! Man Down!” “Leave him!” “Abort! Abort!!” – well, behind them is an American flag. Why is it that that bugs the heck out of me? And just yesterday I noticed in the mall parking lot all of the cars with flags on them – the ones on poles that attach to the windows, and looking at my car from the Vauxhall Van Dealer I don’t think I’ll ever do the same thing as them, it is way too good looking to ruin it. From driving 60mph the flags are tattered and torn looking. It annoys me. And the MovieTicket family doesn’t need a flag behind them either. I guess I am still bothered by the “where was all this patriotism six months ago?” sentiment. Hmmph. Just another quirk to add to my list.

1. What’s your favorite time of day? Hmmm… on the weekends it’s in the morning, when there is a whole day wide open ahead of me. On the weekdays? I guess late at night after myson is in bed and it’s nice and quiet so I can relax and unwind.

2. What’s your least favorite time of day? Weekdays – afternoon, when I realize what all I haven’t done yet that I still need to do. Weekends, I don’t have a least favorite time of day – unless someone wakes me up at 6am or something!

3. Are you a morning person or a night owl? Does it cause any problems? I am a night owl, and it causes problems because in reality I am a much better functioning as a morning person! I get a lot more done in the day if I get up and get moving early!

4. If you had an entire worry- and obligation-free day, what would you do with it? Hmmm, well that sums up a lot of weekends lately! I spent one of those reading a book (Confessions of a Shopaholic) and a whole weekend figuring out CSS and skinning this site. Last Sunday I just vegged for hours in front of the TV! Sure, the dusting didn’t get done, but at least I had a relaxing day!

5. How do you plan to spend your weekend? If it was up to me, I would go to the Ren Fest – but I am not about to go alone! And everyone else is busy, so I guess that’s not going to happen. (Jason hates to do anything that involves a lot of walking, and I want to go see the skits which can be a bit baudy at times) I am getting together with a friend Friday night for a movie. (Is it a date or not a date? Only time will tell… long story.) Saturday, Jason & I have to work on his book report and decorating a pumpkin to coordinate with it. He is writing on the “Lion, the Witch & the Wardrobe” and making a pumpkin decorated as Aslan (the lion). Should be interesting!

Robyn made the best picture for me … oh, it’s so great. I am so excited! Thank you Robyn! (Yeah, you guys have to wait to see what it is. Sorry! hehe!)
