I have too many fonts stored on my computer. Well, not too many for Windows to happily run, but … still too many. It is annoying and slow to browse through them when I am looking for the right font, so I quickly snagged the onfocus: font browser. Yes, with one handy click, I can browse the fonts installed on my computer in a browser window. Very handy!

The time has come to unveil the …
I have to say right here & now that Jennifer did a FANTASTIC job of translating my design and programming ideas into reality while adding ideas of her own. As I said in the “photographer” page there, for many months I have wanted to set up a photolog to showcase all of the images I have been gathering through the years, but the ideas I had in my mind for how the “Pixelog” (as it has come to be known) should work were trapped there – I did not have the programming knowledge or the full web design skills to make the vision complete. Jennifer came to my rescue and has assisted me in turning what was a vision into a reality in less then a week, and I am forever grateful to her. I think it is the perfect showcase for my photography. Thank you, Jennifer!
I Need a Cheatsheet…
First I have to confess – I never use “Favorites” in IE. I almost always send shortcuts to the desktop until the time comes when I post about things I have found here because then I can run a search for “that thing that does this…” and find the post. But I am using the Cheatsheet Creator 1.1 right now so I can quickly jump to things that I need all the time at home & at work. Like a “whois” search that I just had to do to find out what country a potential client is in. It’s the best thing since … well, Tivo, since Tivo is the best thing since sliced bread! [via Kymberlie]
The Fishbowl…
Just wrapped up the design for Kymberlie’s new site, The Neurotic Fishbowl that Is My Life… She isn’t home right now, so her first posts won’t be until later. There’s still some work to do, links to add and so forth – but I’m pretty pleased with the results! More skins to come in the future but tonight I am all designed out!
