“For many on Sept. 11, survival was no accident”. Wow, what an amazing article. It is still a miracle to me how many people survived the attacks. (Thanks to Ipse Dixit for the link!)

See, I understand why sales clerks are rude. I really do. But “dear customer: drop dead.” really puts it into perspective. I still don’t think the manager needed to huff at me though. It was their fault, not mine. (I sure wish I could remember where I found this link… hmmm.)

I had a surprise voice mail last night when I got home! Robyn and Todd are helping me out with a project of mine, in their own special way. I had forgotten to send Robyn some key information that she needed though so she could hook me up! So they had tried to call me when they didn’t see me on IM and I hadn’t answered their e-mail! They’re real! They have voices! It was so cool to HEAR them! Hey, anyone else want to call? Just let me know! I love hearing from people! That made my night, their message was so funny! You guys crack me up! Thanks for helping me out! I think she will be quite surprised! Tee heee! What fun, what fun indeed!

Speaking of the Discovery Store, I really like this Wall Fountain. It is really cool, we saw the last one at the local store today, right before they sold it. Perfect for the desk here at work. I need some serenity. (About to listen to my Kenny G Christmas CD’s, that should help!)

I love finding new blogs through comments left here! So right now I am taking a moment to enjoy throughyoureyes.com. I am really enjoying it too! And trying to force myself to get into the holiday spirit (it’s so hard when it’s warm outside!) by listening to Christmas Carols. Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra & Bing Crosby, some Harry Connick, Jr. – I need the holiday spirit! Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow…
