You know what? Every day dealing with clients and trying to figure out their needs is like detective work. Have to hunt, and peck, and dig. And I love every minute of it. So for now I think I will stay right where I am! (I always tell people that I *love* my job!)

I just received my “Goodies to Go” Newsletter from HTMLGoodies.com. It says, “Universities are beginning to require that incoming freshmen have laptop computers when they arrive on campus. Framingham State College in MA, says all incoming students must have a wireless equipped machine starting next year. If the student cannot afford a laptop, one will be sold to the student as part of a low-interest education loan. Framingham joins around 40 other colleges and universities who are trying out the new computer-based class of 2005.” Personally, I think that’s a bit excessive. College is enough of a financial burden for most people. Now you have to buy a laptop and it has to be wireless? Wireless service is not exactly cheap, and not that dependable from what I have heard from people that have used it. I can understand suggesting that they have their own PC, and then offering computers in various locations on campus for the students that don’t. But requiring a wireless laptop? Hmmmm… Tell me what you think. Yep, that’s what that “Talk Back” link is there for. Thanks!

Man. I just opened up the webcam software and glanced up while tweaking the settings – to see all that gray hair!!! I am only 31! Too much gray. Not for long though – it’s going tonight. I have said I was going to do it for 2-3 weeks, but that image is enough to motivate me to make it happen. Ugh.

Now I can’t stop humming that song… “Gonna wash that gray right outta my hair…”

Wow. Considering all that has happened with the IO, this really hit home. Then… I got an e-mail late in the morning from him. He IM’d me after he sent the e-mail and apologized for the things that he said to me last week. Where the horrorscope comes back in is that I have had time to realize I have grown and changed so much that I have a very hard time seeing us together. I love him & care about him – I have known him for 8 years. It is really hard for me to dislike anyone, but especially not someone that has been such a key part of my life. So I am trying to figure out where to put this baggage…

Went to the gym to work out last night. Walked .75 mile (working my way up) and then did leg & arm weights. I know some people say you should do legs one day, arms on a separate day. I just can’t do it. If I’m there, I’m working out – just let me go! At least I am doing it. I felt great after working out last night. I love that feeling of accomplishment. Now I feel lovely stiff this morning of course! Off to stretch and then get ready for work.

I haven’t been using the webcam lately when I am at work. I decided tonight I will start using it again. Soooo… once a minute or so you should be able to reload & get a new picture. You know, if you care about that sort of thing. 🙂 I only have one at the office – so if I actually go home you are out of luck. It is live right now – and will be for the next 20-30 minutes. Whoo hoo! Tell your friends! But if you come back later then I will just leave it with my “end of the day” picture. Or if I am having a bad hair day you will see one of my “cam favorites” there. Which I am working on a page of – it just isn’t ready yet. Just thought I should do one for those of you that can’t get enough of me. For now though I must get back to work – that’s the real reason why I stayed, not just so you could see me live at the office! I’ll be back tomorrow though, I promise!
