Ages 8 to 16???

Poking around doing some online Christmas shopping (looking for ideas) I notice that this Magical Powers Hermoine Granger doll (Harry Potter) is listed as being for “Ages 8-16”. Hello? What would a 16 year old want with this? I can see 8-12 maybe, but 16?!??
