Bloghosts, 1 Month and Counting…

I had posted this before, but it has been a few weeks so I wanted to remind everyone again. If you host with Bloghosts, they will be closing their doors at the end of the year. Pretty sad, since they started up about the same time as I started Blogomania.

With over 370 clients and growing, Blogomania isn’t going anywhere. We know that moving a site is a royal pain, and to help ease the pain for those people affected by this transition, we are offering a free month of hosting to all new Blogomania clients that come from Bloghosts. Just note in the “where did you hear about us?” field of the registration form that you are coming from Bloghosts, and we’ll hook you up. We can even assist you with the migration of your site to make the moving process easier on you.

One month. FREE. (It seemed worth repeating.)

I know people have been looking for WordPress friendly hosts – we have the servers configured with everything that you need, and we even offer Fantastico, which allows you to install WordPress in a matter of minutes. Very, very smooth.

So let us know if we can help. It takes a day or two to do a migration, so I dread seeing a mad crunch at the end of everyone trying to move at once. Move now while it’s not such a rush!

And just in case anyone needs to know: I came on with Blogomania. And dude. Seamless move. SEAM.LESS. I didn’t even realise I was entirely switched over (or even that they’d really started) until after the fact. Lost nothing. Beautiful. My move to Bloghosts was easy; a glitch here and there. But to Blogomania? Holy hannas–like butta.

*giggle* Ms. Pants, I have a really strong urge to start up a “Client Feedback” section JUST so I can post your “like butta” review. Seriously, I don’t think it gets better than that.

Martha, have no fear. We’ll be waiting for you. Just in case you want us to do a backup for you before then, let me know. Or we can do the whole switch now – as Ms. Pants said, it’s like butta … we are doing the migration for people and all we need is info to get into your Bloghosts cPanel.
