Blogs, Fonts and Crack…

I have said many, many times how fonts are like crack, and sometimes you just can’t get enough of them. Well, I can’t. And I know there are others that are in the same shape I am in. Blogs are just as bad. Maybe worse. Well, definitely worse. And poor Chris Pirillo is suffering from the effects. Not really from his own blogging. Oh no, he set his wife Gretchen up too. And even though she hasn’t been blogging for long, she’s hooked. I can see it in every post she makes. And she had a confession today. She has been neglecting the housework. (A collective sigh of sympathy is heard from bloggers around the world who know her pain.) Well, what happens in a two-blog family? This happens. I get the sense that poor Chris is annoyed, but unlike the other people who commented – his post cracked me up! Maybe it’s because I read hers earlier. Then I read the comments to hers. Where someone said she shouldn’t bash her husband, he might retaliate – and then he posted “done”. That’s probably why. Anyways… Chris, it’s your own fault. You pimped the blog to Gretchen. Now she’s hooked. Guess you’ll just have to do some FlyLady time too. Remember bloggers – start your day dressed to your shoes, and shine your sinks! You can do it!

Now I wonder, do all married blogging couples have this problem?

Todd, you wouldn’t be getting two wives if I wasn’t totally in love with Robyn because she’s such an angel. You’re a sweetheart and all that too, but Robyn is my blog partner in crime! (Damn, you are one lucky man, aren’t you?)

OMG! I can’t believe he posted such pictures of his wife, CEO, and assistant! Oh dear, the ’50s are back! 😉

After seeing the Pirillos little online spat… I guess I should be glad my hubby is a hardware guy while I’m the software gal. He doesn’t understand weblogs and the culture of it. Then again, I don’t talk about him too much since no one wants to hear brags and I don’t really have dirty laundry to air… just the kids’ piles of clothes.
