I never thought I would see this day, but it has finally happened…
THE ASTROS ARE GOING TO THE WORLD SERIES!!! WE WON! WE WON!!! WE ARE GOING TO THE WORLD SERIES! WHOOO HOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!
Yes, Mike was not allowed near the TV tonight. At one point, he did cross through the living room at around 9 pm, with the TV paused. I think that was when the Cardinals scored their one and only run tonight.
THE ASTROS ARE GOING TO THE WORLD SERIES!!! THE ASTROS ARE GOING TO THE WORLD SERIES!!!

AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THEY DID IT! THEY DID IT!
LOL! Congrats on keeping the hubby away from the TV 🙂 Sending LOTS of GOOD LUCK to the Astro’s!
YAY! So very happy to see the Astros finally make it! I hope they kick butt!! 😀
Yay ‘Stros! Yay Sox! i am torn ha ha ha! I am a Cubs fan, but happy to NOT see the Cards… The boy is from Houston and a played ball and digs it, so of course i want his team to win too… i am Switzerland!
They made it… Only to be crushed by the Chicago White Sox in 4 games! This is my prediction. Good luck in the Series, your team will need it!
Woo Hoo!
We did it!! (Like I personally had anything to do with it, LOL). It’s going to be crazy here during the WS – my hubby is a chef at one of the hotels by the Ballpark and they’re preparing for the big crowds…
hafta agree with ceverett … but I’m much happier that the Astros made it instead of the Cards. Besides, the Astros were the first MLB team I ever saw.
About time the Astros get some where. Now, granted I’m a Yankees fan, I’m still happy for them. I like them back when I was younger :p
Um, go Sox! *sneaks out the back door* 😛
What? No witty come backs? Hello? *tap tap* Is this thing on? 😉
Nah, no witty comebacks. I was a White Sox fan for the first 8 years or so that I watched baseball – I have been to many White Sox games in my life, so it’s ok if you cheer them on. (I used to live in Kankakee, IL and my Dad used to get free tickets to their games.) I’m sort of glad the Astros are up against them, that way I’m not too upset if they don’t win.
(I was late in reading this – I have been buried in homework this weekend!)
