It’s HOT!!!

“Look for maximum heat index values to continue in the 100 to 108 degree range in the shade during the warmest part of the afternoon for the next few days. Remember heat index values can be as much as 15 degrees higher in direct sunlight.” I know I have said it before, but let me say it again … I hate Houston. Blah.

That’s why Lonnie and I are trying to make our escape from Texas. Right now, according to WeatherBug, it is 89 degrees. That doesn’t sound too bad, but it’s already 103 degrees with the heat index. Ugh!
