By reading the rules, I believe that you have the option of re-posting and changing any nominations a second time. By re-submitting the ballot, it should delete the first set of selections and replace it with a second set of selection. So if anyone fears that they nominated their favorite sites in the wrong categories, they have a chance to correct that slight.
