It just seems odd that at the exact same time I get TWO e-mails saying that my work e-mail address – my secondary address at that, not the one on my business cards – has been signed up for porn spam I also get an e-mail that someone has tried to request my old Blogger password about a minute later. My password was sent to me (and I went there and changed it right away) but the porn spam at work displayed the IP address of who signed up for it: 65.133.106.205. I just posted a comment to my site, so I saw my IP address (it changes thanks to RoadRunner) and that is NOT it. This just bugs me. Hello, if you’re out there … stop it. Oh lookie, THREE more porn list e-mails! Damn it. How annoying. Good thing we have systems set up at work to stop this. So STOP. And FYI … I don’t use Blogger. Glad you noticed.

hey there, I read your site fairly regularly (followed a link from Promoguy’s Page ). And I just wanted to let you know that nope it’s not me.. but this is a common tactic for someone that might be pissed at you. Do you have an enemies out there?
I have my suspicions of 2 people that could have done it to be mean – or someone was just randomly spamming our server. Hopefully it’s the second one, and the whole blogger thing at the same time was just a coincidence.
Hopefully it ain’t me. If it is, lemme know and I’ll slap me for it. Oh, this is my work number….

You didn’t happen to get signed up for some “bachelor of the day” spam list did you? I’ve been getting a lot of that crap lately too!
