[…] Transitioning – Yes, it’s that time again. Time for me to move on to greener (I’m talking Benjamins, y’all!) pastures. I’ve been completely blessed with a job offer from a wonderful new company. I’m not going to get into why I am leaving my current company (as I learned my lesson from last time), but let’s just say I’ve been looking for another job for a while now, due to unsatisfactory conditions at my current company. Listening – Friday night, by way of celebration, Patty and Woolven took me out to see the Box Spring Hogs, which is a Tom Waits cover band. In case you’re a Waits fan and you haven’t checked these kids out – they come highly recommended from me. (and you know how damn picky I am when it comes to music) Their next show is at Hole In The Wall on July 19th at 10PM – 11PM. Decorating – I went and visited Miss Christine this weekend. We shopped… a lot. She started taking her horrific 1980’s heart border down – go over to her blog and give her a pat on the back, won’t you?! Wallpaper stripping, while sounding fun, actually does not include neither a pole nor pasties. […]
