After reading Whatever happened to the Humble Home Page? (link thanks to Flutter… Glub… Meow…) I am tempted to go home, dig out my old home page, and post it in a sub-directory here. I loved my personal home page. I had all sorts of cool stuff there. I stopped updating it sometime in early 1999, as my soap business started to take shape and I didn’t have time for a personal site too. It was such a cute home page. And it’s time for a revival. Coming soon… Christine’s Country Cottage will open again! (Yeah, we named our personal sites such cool hip names too.)

how fun! i can’t wait to see it! 🙂
Oh wow.. my first homepage had a pink titled graphic background, lots of animated gifs and big think frames. I made it using AOL’s web page maker.. I did not know HTML to save my life and back in 1997 I thought It was the shit. Its still on the AOL server but the page itself is not up. Something about hometown AOL? I dont know. AOL is weird. it was still called itzmejessy.. I was never creative in that department. Maybe I will bring it back as my blog for a week.. Retro week! Oooo.. we should all have a retro week! that would be kewl. Animated gifs, Background pics.. And cheasy music.. Ooo and Comet Cursor! Ok, Im a dork.
That’s it, it’s time for retro week.
