Stamp, Stamp, Stampin’ Up!

Kathy came over yesterday to host a Stampin’ Up! workshop for us – and what a BLAST it was! I’m so psyched, I love stamping! I had already said that I wanted to make our Christmas cards for this year, but now I want to make so much more! Stamping is serious instant gratification. What a blast!

You should see my catalog. I have flags on about half the pages of things that I want. Kathy had to give me extra wishlists so that I could write it all out – and even then, I stopped at page 70 – of a 300 page catalog! Oh my. I’m itching to stamp again! I’m also her possible new recruit. I’m still considering the logistics of it, and talking with Mike about how it would work with family time, Scouts, school, Lager Rhythms and so forth – but what a fun way to bring in some extra money and fund my new stamp addiction!

Thank you, Kathy! We all had a great time – and you ROCKED!!!

thank you so much for hosting my very first workshop! i had an absolute blast! the only time i was nervous was when there was utter silence. that’s pretty shocking in a room full of bloggers (at least the majority of us were). you were great, Mike was great, everyone was great! i can’t wait to do it again! if you want to host another one, by all means, let me know!

Little known secret, but I, too, am a SU! demo. I’m currently a “hobby demo,” which means I buy enough stuff for myself to stay active. Or, more than enough, as when the new catalog came out and I spent $800 in less than a week. :/

My mom got me into SU! when I visited home a few weeks ago, and I know what I’m asking for for Christmas now! I put a lot of flags into my mom’s ordering book before I went home, and I’m hoping I can find an SU! demo here in my area.

I ordered and paid for Stampin Up merchandise from Jennifer (jennifersprint@yahoo.com) on Oct. 5, 2004. Never received merchandise and/or refund and she is not answering any calls or emails. How does that strike you for Customer Service. Also cannot reach Stampin Up company. Am highly displeased.

I’m not sure why you were contacting me about the order you placed with a different stampin’ up representative – she is not someone that I know and I have no way to assist you. However, if you tried to contact Stampin’ Up over the weekend, they were moving all of their customer support facilities, so they were closed from Friday at 5pm Mountain time to 9am on Monday morning. You should definitely contact them to have them assist you with sorting this out – I am confident that they will help. Their number is 1-800-StampUp and the website (which was also down over this past weekend) is at http://www.stampinup.com Hope that helps! So sorry to hear about your bad experience. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do to help.
