Thanks for the link – I like reading these things…. but I had issue with their concluding methods….
The problem with their hivelogic email encoder is that it puts it in javascript. For the people surfing w/JS off, they won’t see your email address, will then?
So here’s my solution – the Email Obfuscator at Bonni’s site (she’s a cook on TheRedKitchen too!) It does a similar thing but w/o the JS part 🙂

That obfuscator does exactly what the author of the List Apart page talks about, with no JS. Another good way to hide your e-mail address if you’re a webmaster or developer is to embed it in server-side code like ASP or PHP.
