Yep. That about sums up my day. Thank goodness Amazing Race is on tonight – I need that. Whew! What a day! Are you sure it’s just Wednesday???

Yeah, uhm, just in case this applies to you – Excite@Home could unplug service Friday – CNET.com. Boy, that will suck for about 4.1 million customers. Thank goodness I use RoadRunner!

Forget about two 700 entry blogs … I jacked that puppy UP! I added … a total of … 1400 ENTRIES!!! Yes, you read that right, 1-4-0-0. Well, 1410 to be exact.

Edited later: I forgot to mention that I did a full rebuild too. With individual and monthly archives. And MT didn’t buckle, and my server didn’t flinch. I am so impressed.

I decided to export all 705 entries from this blog and comments too … and import them into a test blog. And guess what? MT is still standing. Strong. Not a hiccup at all. Well, other than the other issue I ran into. Here it is:

If you export your MT blog, use Netscape. I tried to import a file exported from IE5.5 – no dice. All sorts of freaky problems. Chatting with Ben about it right now, but I want to let you guys know too. Netscape – imports without a hitch. IE – no. Big hitch. Eeck. (But I am STILL happy because it is holding over 1400 posts and not even blinking.)
