I am trying to get comments to work in a pop-up window. I can’t do it. I don’t know what’s wrong with the code. I am about to start pulling out hair again… But if you select the “Return for More” link you should still be able to leave a comment. I’ll keep working on my pop-up windows…
Worth Keeping…
I just don’t have enough blogs. So I added another one … Worth Keeping. It doesn’t have it’s own domain yet, and I am not sure if it ever will. But for now it has a “home” and a place for me to keep things I get via e-mail that are just “Worth Keeping” to me. This may evolve into a group thing like the Well, Slap Me Silly! site, someday. Not tonight though.
By the way, for those who have asked me if MT is faster to set up than GM … setting up “Worth Keeping” took me less than 15 minutes using the default template, and that includes my very first post. Of course I haven’t customized anything yet, but it’s up and running!
Look! Look!
I realized when I went to look at my site with skin #4 (wanted to make sure it all looked ok in the all CSS skins) that the blog title was right up against the blog entry. Which means I could control it with CSS tags. So I poked around in the CSS files, and now the titles of the posts are right on top of the entries in the Venice skin too! Yeah! Now if I can just figure out how to get the time of the post & the number of comments to touch the bottom of the post I will be all set – but for now I am pretty darn happy with this latest fix!
Yes, They Do…
Hysterical amusement and fun can be found at Why People Suck. I highly recommend it with 2 thumbs up.
Survey Time!
Here is your chance to give me your feedback. Do you like the comments on a page all their own as they are at this moment … you click to read the comments and you are taken away to an individual entry page, leaving behind this main index page. Or… do you like pop-up windows like Robyn uses? I think I have figured out how to use skins in with the pop-up window, and I think I can set it all up … but I want to know what people prefer. So here is your chance – speak up and let your preferences be known!
