I have to stop (before I go try to fix all the messed up pages) and thank BlueRobot for their layout reservoir and Amy at Domesticat for her patient guidance. Next step after this is fixed is to set up skins and so forth for the site. Whew, I’m tired! This stuff is hard work!

Yes, this page is now TABLE FREE thanks to CSS. I have figured out how to make the first page work. If you bother to look at the comment pages, the archives, anything else… good luck. They are UGLY. And it is taking FOREVER to fix because there are 250 entries or something like that, so it takes sooooo long to index. Ugh. But I am still thrilled that this page is using CSS, has 3 columns, and looks beautiful on IE5.5. If you are using Netscape 4, sorry … but you are looking at a very ugly page. Time to upgrade your browser. Browsers that can handle this page have been out for a year now.

Analysts say that TiVo–which hasn’t yet turned a profit–is likely to become a takeover target or simply wither away in the face of more aggressive competition. TiVo executives maintain that the company can survive, but analysts are doubtful. NO. No, no, no, NO. TiVo is the most wonderful thing ever invented, ask anyone who owns one. The only time I have ever had ANY problem has been if the infrared changer doesn’t change the digital cable box – but if I had my basic cable service which doesn’t require a box that wouldn’t be an issue. Even my 9 year old son loves TiVo. It MUST live on. Go buy a TiVo. Everyone. Now.

First I tried to go to my own site earlier today & we all know how that went. Now I can’t get to Sherry’s site or Melissa’s site. WHAT IS GOING ON??? Erika, I might just have to start those Margaritas without you. It’s either that or beat my head on my desk.
