Hilary said I could open it, so I did. She sent me “The 9 Steps to Financial Freedom” by Suze Orman! Yeah!!! I have always wanted to read this book, ever since I saw her talking about it on PBS. How appropriate after I just said I have to set up a plan to move by summer, 2003 if not sooner? THANK YOU, Hilary!!! (By the way, it arrived Friday, but I didn’t get the notice that I had a package until late that night and they were out of the apartment office on Saturday every time I tried to go get my box.) I LOVE IT!!! THANK YOU!!!

Ok, I give up. If anyone can tell me why suddenly when I go to “Save Image As” I am only allowed to save as a BMP file, and when I try to “View Source” I get NOTHING??? This is annoying. It started yesterday, when I was capturing the graphics to do my site makeover. Now today I am trying to view the source on a client’s site and it won’t let me!!! I even installed the latest version of IE, hoping that would fix my problem. Nope. Yesterday I uninstalled Quicktime, my most recent installation, hoping that might help. Nope. AURGHHH!

Anyone have any ideas? Please? Help? (And no, “install Netscape” is not what I want to hear right now. Hehehe) Yes, I am stuck on IE. I should have Netscape too so I can check sites when I design, but as far as work I want IE. Damn it. Help!

HILARY!!! YOU SHOULDN’T HAVE!!! *GRIN* Here I was, grumpy because it’s Tuesday & time to go back to work, but I stopped at the office to get my package that was waiting there first … and it totally made my day!!! I didn’t open it yet though, because I am a good girl, but I am still so excited! (Yes, I opened the box, but not the package itself) THANK YOU!!! And now … sniff … your birthday was just August 23 … We may have to do something about this.

How on earth did ds hendler figure me out? How did he know about my blog & the tv show? Damn. Now my cover is totally blown. I bet HBO will pull my time slot after the next season of “Sex in the City”. DAMN. So busted. No point in putting the webcam back online now. *sigh* (Yeah, it was going to be “NO Sex in the City” and my dull, no sex life would counter balance Samantha’s bed hopping.)

I have decided to put myself on an 18 month plan. When Jason finishes 5th grade, I want to move to St. Paul, Minnesota. Yep. I have had enough of H-Town. I have no ties to it, I hate the heat, I want to live by family. Heck, if I have a good year and make lots of commissions maybe I’ll go at the end of *this* school year. May, 2002. If I am frugal and work out a plan, it can be done. I may just put “MOVE” at the top of my wish list and put off the new couch, the new tv, and everything else. (No point in moving a new couch, when it would be easier to buy one there.) The only thing standing in my way is money. Isn’t that how it always goes? But I would want at least 2-3 months worth of salary in my pocket for the move. At least with so many family members in the area we should be able to stay with someone for a week or two while we look for a new place, I get a job, etc. I just read in my Franklin Planner that “A Goal is a Dream with a Deadline.” I can do it. I just have to work towards the goal.

Domesticat’s Guide on skinning your site. I may just get a wild and crazy hair and do this tonight. Oh. Wait. It says PHP. I won’t have PHP until I move to my new host, and I am not moving yet. UGH. Mannnnnn… Hmm. Wonder if I have to have PHP. Maybe all I need is some good old CSS. I think I found a javascript that lets you pick which CSS you are using. Thinking. I don’t know CSS. But I think I can learn, and I think it’s about time. Off to read!
