While I may be #1 in Google for Christine, I am #9 for my last name, Selleck. Oh well – that’s not bad considering the number of sites out there with information on Tom Selleck! And I’m still sitting at #1 in Google for Christine Selleck.
Oh, don’t even tell me that you never sit around late at night searching Google for your own name! I just don’t buy it…

every time i do a google search for ‘alexandra’, i rarely find anything good. woe is me. ๐
I do, but I hope that I DON’T show up!!! LOL!
I’m with Amy. I’m blocking Google – but I’m going to have to start figuring out a way to block yahoo (without inadvertently blocking people who get there via yahoo mail, or yahoo bookmarks – or all the other yahoo toys)… the number of hits I’m getting from a simple “jennifer” search in yahoo is bothering me!
I’m #1 for dPhilc ๐
I come in #6 for Shannon, behind an airport, Christmas greetings, a rugby football club, a mathematician, and a rock blues singer. Not bad company for a little ‘ol blog. ๐
I admit, I do the same. When I had liz.on.ca I was #2 for “liz” in Google.com. Only to be beat out by Liz Clairborne. But on Google.ca I as #1. Score!
Now, with the domain change I don’t rank as high. All that work for nothing! ๐
Googel or nothing, you’ll always be the #1 Christine (anything) to me. ๐
I google myself at least once a month, usaly more.

Well, Solonor is #1 (duh), but I stopped looking in the Lester’s after #150. Don’t even try on Norton… At least I’m the #1 Lester Norton!
I must confess, I now do this on a weekly (daily) basis!
I’m even shallower than that, I google ex-girlfriends to see if they have blogs…
