It’s That Time Again!

Well, I’ll be damned. They did it again. Over at Big Blogger All-Star! they have nominated me AGAIN! And since we are getting down to the final rounds – I must beg. (This game will be over on Sept. 16th, so only a few more posts of shameless begging – don’t worry.)

Shea has become … bizzare. Matter of fact, my exact comment in my nomination of her was, “The woman is just a freak. Bizarre, bizarre, bizarre. I can’t take it any more.”

I was so moved by Rusty’s comment, “Refuse to kick off me or Christine! Fight the power! ATTICA! ATTICA! ATTICA!” I just have to say … log in to the forums and go to the polls to vote off Shea. (Put the check by her name. You vote for who goes, allowing the other two to stay.)

Thank you soooooo much for your support. Leave a comment and let me know if you voted so I can pay proper homage to you when the voting is over.

You can vote for Shea up to 8pm CST Friday night.

Curiosity…

I was just wondering – is there a reason why wo many people are searching for “ben affleck toupee” today? I’ve gotten a ton of traffic for those three words. Did I miss the latest celebrity gossip again? He needs the best hair transplant nyc asap!

Speaking of celebrities, I really enjoyed my Greek lunch with Kymberlie today. The only thing that could have made it better would have been more ice cream from Baskin Robbins!

Edited – Thanks to Zac, if you’re looking for the Ben Affleck story, head on over to the IMDB. Just thought I’d send you guys in the right direction.

Look It Up…

Working in the internet field, sometimes people throw terms at me that I’ve never heard of, or I need a good description of how something works to pass on to a client. Yesterday, Jeff – one of our network techs – pointed me to Webopedia: Online Dictionary for Computer and Internet Terms. Great information, easy to find things, and I’ve already used it to explain to a client what XML means.

I have also used WhatIs in the past, but the search in PCWebopedia was faster, and the information seems to be more concise.
