I have been told over and over again that the Kiev 35A produces photos that are very similar to those that come from the Lomo, but at a much cheaper price. I’m all about the cheap, so I’ll gladly give it a whirl. Mine arrived in the mail last week from the Ukraine, and I got batteries for it at Wal-Mart tonight. Now I just have to load it up with film and shoot!
If you’re in the market for one – head on over to eBay. They sell them on the Lomography site now, but they are overpriced there. Go for the cheap!

26 Things – The International Photographic Scavenger Hunt:
The assignment : to seek out the twenty six themes/objects on the list and photograph them over the given period of time.
The aim of this photographic project is to make us open our eyes and get creative with the things and people around us, to see how we each interpret themes.
On Tuesday, July 1, 2003, 26 things to hunt for will be posted on this website and you are free to complete the project on or before Thursday, July 31, 2003.
Come back Friday, August 1st to submit your 26 things website.
