Just something to think about, courtesy of xkcd. The wedding we went to two weeks ago had a lot of gamer geeks that are now doctors, both of the medical (ER doctor) and Ph.D. variety. Reading this sent me into fits of hysterical, near-snorting laughter.

My daughter’s best friend is a emergency room doctor. It blows me away since I witnessed him growing up! My son’s best friend is an airline pilot(although he is still doind commuter planes). Scary!!!

FYI, I still have my SNES hooked up to my TV, and I play often. The Super Mario trilogy of course, but also Q*Bert and one of my personal favorites, Donkey Kong quest (or something like that). And let’s not forget Bubsy.

Yes, I’m a 39 year old lawyer. 😉
