I have *finally* found a shop in Northwest Houston that knows how to cut a Bichon correctly and isn’t a hour long drive from home! Yeah! She has an appointment for Monday with Stuebner Airline/Champions Boarding & Grooming. The groomer owns a Bichon and we have already talked through her cut, so I know we are on the same page. The last groomer I tried out gave her a poodle cut, which is great for a poodle, but she looked terrible!
Yeah! We’ve found a groomer close to home!

Hi Christine,
Have you tried Kennel of Champions? They raise Bichons and own a Westminster show winning Bichon.
Oh! No! I had not heard of them. I’ll check them out – Chloe’s cut on Monday wasn’t bad, but it still isn’t quite what I want. She had a jacked up cut to work with, but it should have been long enough to cut the legs the way I like them, and they didn’t.
They are really close by, behind the Walmart off Cutten. We take our doggies there and they seem to like it.
