Heading off to bed and about to turn off the TV, I noticed that Conan O’Brien is talking about the Jesus Statues. Conan! Get with the program! I wrote about those almost a year ago (3/21/2002).
Maybe Conan’s writers need news readers and blog feeds (RSS 2.0 Rocks!) so he can stay on top of these things?

Well, I for one am glad you did cuz I’d never seen them before. I think the golf statue is sold out for a good reason…
On the skiing statue, Jesus has on skis – but you can see his toes because he’s wearing sandals. What’s up with that? And on half of them he looks like a crazed pedophile. Just the statue I want at my house…
