Have a Plan

If you want to run a business, you have to have a plan. Thought some of the links here were pretty interesting. As an employee I find it easier to understand management when I understand what all it takes to run a company. I have an interest from the other side too – I have owned my own soap business. Yes, soap. I make & sell soap, although I haven’t been making as much this past year as I used to because I could not work full time & run a business on the side effectively. Maybe someday I will kick it back into a higher gear than right now. Maybe… Anyways, there are good links on that site for people considering a home based business.
