So make sure your employees know how much they mean to you and to the company.” Wow, what a concept. *wink* It is so true. If your employees know they matter, they will work even harder for you. We’re not talking lip service here either – employees can see right through you pretty fast if you just tell them how much they matter but then don’t follow through with your actions. Great article. By the way, I haven’t said it in a week so it is safe to say it again – I love my new job. Still learning the ropes as things are set up a bit different here, but I am really enjoying it.
