It’s Here!

After a year of having the Super Bowl pushed on us here in Houston over and over again, it’s finally here. The big day. There were close to 175,000 people in downtown Houston last night – it was quite a sight to watch on TV. (What, you thought I went down there to fight that crowd? No way!) If I had to pick a winner, it would be the Patriots. And I’m not just saying that to humor some people.

It’s game time! Whoo hooooo!!! (Shhh… really, I’m all about the commercials!)

I’m from Houston (though I’m out of state right now) I am sad I’m missing Houston’s one “cool moment” in life…..

Brad Pitt, Jennifer Aniston AND Justin Timberlake all there?? Man..I’m jealous.

I’m not jealous of all those sitting on 610 right now. Or whereever the new stadium is….I forget….

You’re right Chris – they really weren’t. However, the game rocked! I knew the Pats would win, but you couldn’t help but feel bad for the Panthers – they really, really played a great game. In the end, I was totally in to it for the football – I can’t deny it!

Well, that and the boobage fest at halftime. Whoa…

Wait! I watched the commercials – and we didn’t get one for the slave-driver company! Maybe they are regional – and because those stores aren’t here we didn’t get one? I’ll have to check with Mike to see if he saw!

You’re right though – their commercials are normally pretty funny!
