I hear ya. It was officially 109 degrees up here in the Dallas/Fort Worth area yesterday. You know that blast of hot air that hits you in the face when you open the oven door? That’s what it felt like walking out to my car after work yesterday.
That blast of hot oven air that Patrick described fits the feeling of our office today. Hot, just freakin’ hot!
nothing like that blast of houston air when you get off the plane, is there?

I’m still here in Boston at a conference. Everytime someone say “wicked cool” “wicked hot” “wicked good” etc. I just crack up. I think that instead of the word “very” from now on I’ll say “wicked”. It’s “wicked humid here in boston ya’ll”
I used to use that phrase a lot. I’ve never been to Boston, though. Wicked hot seems appropriate.
