Kid n Ewe & Podcasts Too…

Kid n Ewe was a blast! I think everyone had a great time and successful shopping. It was really great to see people teaching one another how to do new things – I saw people learning to spin, people learning to knit – it was just heartwarming!

I will be posting the “guest list” later today; I need to get it typed out. I was too beat yesterday after driving and getting to bed way too late Saturday night to type it up. I needed a day to recover!

I am doing an interview for the podcast today, and then it will be in to the “post production” process – so Episode 10 will be up shortly!

I had a great time and wanted to thank you again for such a fun event! I loved meeting more TX knitbloggers (and “just” knitters), and I can’t wait to see if we can get the SXSW knitblogger event going, too.

I’ll be waiting for the next podcast installment!

Oh, yay for a list of people who were there! I’m horrible with names . . .

It was great to see you again, and I gotta echo Caro — thanks so much for coordinating this!

I had a great time at KnE, and I think we should make the knitblogger meetup a yearly event! And next year I’ll make sure and stay over Saturday and maybe we can get together a knitblogger slumber party, too!

Kelly said you drove all the way yourself – you must have been beat. My photos of knitters at the event were all blurry – boo. But the yarn stood still while I shot it. Just sittin’ here waitin’ for podcasts.

Hi! I’m working on a paper about knitters, knitbloggers, and knitpodcasters and I’d like to interview you. The interview would be under thirty minutes. I’d really appreciate your help. Please send me an email when you get a chance.
