No, its Midge because maybe if your one of the people who broke the remote control so you couldn’t mute the TV you would here the commercial saying MIDGE they call her pregrant brabie because it is a barbie doll. And she can hold a baby and be pregrant its called multi-tasking!

The cavity inside her body is obviously empty, duh. It’s not like the plastic bump will subside when the baby’s not in there, and they have to show the baby on the outside so parents don’t freak out that it’s going to be some anatomically-correct display of what really happens. God forbid a child know about and understand pregnancy from an early age… Dirty, horrible subject, that is!

BARBIE IS A TOY FOR YOUNG CHILDREN, AND I REALLY BELIEVE THE LAST THING THAT WE NEED IN SOCIETY NOW DAYS IS A TOY PROMOTING PREGNANCY, THERE IS ALREADY ENOUGH INSANE STUFF HAPPENING TO YOUNG TEENS! I really think it is funny all of the different types of Barbie that they are steadyily coming out with. It is totally crazy. I just can’t wait to see what other ideas they are going to come up with.

My mom used to stuff her Barbie’s dress and pretend her Barbie was pregnant. I did it too. So did most girls I know of who played with Barbies when they were little. I certainly do not think it glamourizes or promotes teen pregnancies. None of the girls I know of who did this went out and got pregnant when they were teens. People who were offended didn’t have to buy it. I thought the Barbie was cute myself.
