Personally, I have no problems with “monetizing” blogs. Text links, especially for legitimate sites, in exchange for money? A good thing in my book. It helps cover the costs of hosting, and the price of yarn. So I signed up last month for Text Link Ads, and I have been very happy with their service and I wanted to spread the word. They have brought in money, which covers the cost of the iRiver I bought for the podcast. Now I’m going to start saving the rest to go for new recording equipment. (That is a referral link there – if you sign up, I get money. Just thought I should disclose that.)
Sign up, get links, and get paid. It is that easy! And easy money? Never a bad thing.

They declined me. Boo hoo! I’m not popular enough. 🙁
Check out LinkWorth. I have used both them and TLA and am much more pleased with LinkWorth. LinkWorth seems to have a MUCH larger publisher inventory AND advertiser inventory. They have brought me many more links than TLA did. It is also set up that YOU set your price, not them.
I think you will be much more pleased with LinkWorth.
I signed up for my review site. We’ll see what happens!
Hmmmm.
Hook a sista up. I can’t get in my control panel anymore. I swear I had the password too. Um. I so suck at this.
Miss you woman. Make a roadtrip soon!!
