Think Positive!

Today’s positive thought advice from my e-mail: “Replace negative self talk with positive self talk. Every time you catch yourself saying something negative, STOP, then say something positive and believe it. Soon you will begin to look and feel better about yourself.”

Try it. See if it makes your day better – let me know if it works! (I think it will, but I am hoping for some feedback here…)

That is so ironic that you mention this because this past sunday, my yoga teacher kept saying to everyone, always ask yourself one question about every action or thought that you have: Are you doing this out of love or out of fear?

That’s just stinkin’ thinkin’. Tell yourself…no not me, only you can help you. Tell yourself: “I’m good enough, I’m smart enough, and dog-gone it, people like me.”

Is there ever anytime when I’m not a smartass? 😉

This is SOO true…None of your doubts belong to you…they are just small things that you hold on to. When you let them go, your true self will come through…Peace
