Happy Birthday!

A bunch of Happy Birthday wishes to Kymberlie! Her cake came out fine – I did the crumb layer of frosting last night and then frosted it this morning. Half chocolate, half cream cheese, swirled together to make it look artistic. I brought her flowers to the office too, which she hasn’t had time to enjoy because she’s been in a client meeting for over 2 hours. Oh well, we share a desk area now (yes, Tod’s name only has one d), so I’m enjoying them for her! (My allergies aren’t, but that’s ok. Anything for the birthday girl…)

Before I start my decluttering mission for today, my last morning post is a Happy Birthday wish for my Dad! Whoo hoo, just 1 more year until he can retire! He’s 54 this year, and Walgreen’s retirement age is 55 … and yes, I am posting his age because he is the one that gets all excited about the “Senior discounts” he will be qualifying for!
