I bought the stuff I need to set up the 3Com Wireless Home Network on e-Bay. My boss has it, and it was just too cool to pass up. I will be able to surf on the laptop from anywhere in my house – like a cordless phone – using RoadRunner. (Not the other air system that they offer with the per minute access time.) I am waiting for everything to arrive now, but at least I get to track the wireless card! I love tracking. It’s so cool…

I haven’t visited the sites of some of my former co-workers lately, so I thought it was about time. (I was testing out the latest skin) When I went to visit Bill’s site at mymomsaysiamcool.com, I came across this – which completely cracks me up: “…I just discovered today that my site is blocked out at my old employer and anyone who goes there from the office gets forwarded usatoday.com. Way to go management…we love you.” Oh, if you only knew how classic that is. What I want to know is what they are spiking the water cooler with to keep the few remaining cubites there!

I have had the September Freshly Made skin that Erika made for me for a little while, but had not posted it here. I decided earlier this month to wait until after October 11th – I wanted the default skin to be the “Pray for America” skin for awhile. Now I have sat here and spliced up the sidebar so I could do nifty things with it, and added the “Call Me, Baby” skin as the default. Let me know if you have any problems with it! Thanks Erika! I love it! The phone adds the perfect touch. (Scroll down to the bottom…)

Unfortunately, as it is laid out right now the skin is somewhat unfriendly to Netscape. I will have to dig through the code to see what I can change. Sorry! I’ll fix it (somewhat – as much as possible) as soon as I can!

I am getting traffic from shawnandsara.com but when I try to go there the site won’t load. Is anyone else having that problem or is it just me?
