I just realized that there are like 3-4 posts that I thought I had made about different events that I never made. Eep!
Katy Blogless & I have been planning for months to head on over for Kid & Ewe in Boerne, Texas again this year, hopefully with Amy & Kelly in tow and meeting up with Staci. Anyone else in Houston want to come along? After all the fun of the lunch after seeing the Harlot this summer, Julia and I decided that another lunch meet-up in Boerne would be a ton of fun! So Julia contacted the event organizers and they have promised us a place to lunch and tables to use. How cool is that?
Saturday, November 11, 2006 – come join us in Boerne, Texas for Knitbloggerfest 2006! Sure, it isn’t Maryland Sheep & Wool, and it isn’t Rhinebeck, but it is a lot of fun, and there is fiber there to enjoy! Bring a dish for the potluck or a sack lunch for yourself (whatever you prefer) and join us for lunch! Be sure to add yourself to the wiki to let us know if you will be there and what you plan to bring if you’re going to bring a dish. All the details will be at the wiki, so keep an eye on it.
I pointed out to Lion Brand through the form on their site that Kid & Ewe was not listed as an event. I just got the e-mail tonight that they have added it to the list – Calendar of Knitting and Crochet Events. How cool is that? It never hurts to ask about these things.

I am so there and wouldlove to hitch a ride. Just let me know details and I’ll get my act together. I have no clue what any plans are… its all been overshadowed by the thought of non $80 fiber…. mmmm… fiber….
I’m going to start pestering people on their blogs about signing up to go. Especially all of the Austin and San Antonio knitters…it isn’t that far of a drive for them!
Oh I’ll be there, I just haven’t figured out how to add myself to the wiki. What’s the password?
I’m going, and I may bring cupcakes.
You forgot about MEEEEEEE! I wanna go! I got stood up last year and now I’m getting forgotten about this year…. I’m starting to get a complex!
I’ll be there too and I’ll bring food. I just can’t figure out how to add myself to the wiki. It seems as though there is a password I need to know about. What is it?
Please don’t forget the Interweave Knits calendar of events too!
