My personal favorite? Since PETA is pushing people to be Vegetarians with such success with ads like “Jesus was a Vegetarian,” America’s Beef Producers have set up a site targeted to teen girls – Cool 2B Real! Just a little reminder that only your friends that eat beef are “Real.” (They use “real” – with the quotes – all over the site.)
All of my SXSW 2003 photographs are finally online, and I’ve edited the captions for the first two days. Three days left to go, and those were the ones where I took the most pictures. Their captions are coming soon! (Just not tonight!)
I decided to watch a few minutes of the Academy Awards and caught Cathering Zeta-Jones winning the best supporting actress. I haven’t seen “Chicago” yet, but I’ve heard great things about her part in the movie, so I’m not surprised she won. But what’s up with the instant replay after the thank you speech? She accepted her award and was walking off the stage, and they cut to an instant replay of the announcement that she won! Why are they doing that?
And what was up with Sean Connery’s ascot? Ruffle froo-froo, at it’s finest!
