Did you notice some wonky behavior with my site yesterday? That was thanks to an Apache rebuild on the server I am on. There was also a PHP upgrade to the latest and greatest version which is now causing problems with existing code now. Thanks to Kristine for finally determing last night that part of the issue is people that have used Sara’s skin tutorial. So if you’re hosting with Blogomania, you need to use absolute paths to retrieve your cookiecheck file and probably for other things too. So you need to change things to look like this
/home/path/to/file/cookiecheck.php instead of using http://yoursite.com/path/to/file/cookiecheck.php.
Jennifer has also found issues with her add-a-link script. You can read more details on that on the ScriptyGoddess site.

Wow, the skin with the flowery background and greens/purples really has some problems…not sure what’s up there…there are 2 extra columns over to the right now (after the normal green one)…and a scroll to the right of about an inch on my 17″ monitor at 1024×768 reso. 🙂 Just thought you might like to know.
Ah yes … I have code to fix on my own site that is causing problems. I haven’t made it through all of the skins, but the default one is behaving ok now. I’ll fix the rest shortly!
Thanks for that Christine! 🙂 Glad it was figured out and everything is fixed.
