While I hate the name of it, I seriously want to find someone that is willing to participate in a Trash the Dress photo shoot! Come on … you can’t tell me you’re really going to ever wear the dress again. Plus most of the things we would consider doing can easily be handled by a drycleaner when we’re done.
So? Anyone game? Road trip to Galveston to frolic in the sand? Anyone?

Dude, I told you that I have my mom’s wedding dress in the attic. I gladly would have pulled it out for you last week. Heh!
I’m interested – if the dress still fits!
I’d so do this!!!!!!!! I sold the one from last year on eBay a month after the wedding — but somewhere in storage is my original one from 10+ years ago. I hate that bastard and would totally trash my dress. Guess you gotta come to NYC again! LOL
Some friends of ours have some really great wedding pictures taken on a baseball diamond. The one of her diving toward home, with him as the catcher and the best man as umpire is priceless!
Oh, man! Mac, you did tell me that – and I totally forgot! Gah! Not sure where we would have fit it into our schedule though. Next time!
Michelle, I’ll email you later this week – let me know if it fits! 😀
FKC, this fall. You, me, Central Park, trashing the dress. What do you think?
Ah, man…my dress totally doesn’t fit right now and probably won’t until way after the kid gets here…I was pretty darn skinny.
I dont have a wedding dress and probably won’t ever have one…but if you want me to pick one up used, I’d be happy to trash it with you!!
A group of us should scope out local thrift stores and do a group thrashing. I’m in.
I’m game, but I’ll have to make my way back down there… or meet you in Florida in June. 🙂
I wish I had a dress to trash. That looks like so much fun!
Wow…you have a lot of takers! I so can’t WAIT to see the trashed dress pics. You will post them, right? (And I see your going to be getting into senior portraits! That’s so cool!!)
OH, I would totally do this. If you decide to do a group shot and need another gal, let me know!
If I can get the thing from the brother I’m not speaking to, we’re on for the park this fall. I’ll walk into fountains, mud, whatever!
Trash the dress sessions are just so much fun – and it’s amazing what dry cleaners can get out these days.
