Last night, while moving some bags full of stuff out of my apartment, I noticed that my neighbor walking past me had a smirk on his face. I was amused because I’m sure I looked odd carrying no less than six bags at one time.
Then I got in the car and looked in my rearview mirror. I had placed my tiara on my head because I wanted to leave it in the car so it wouldn’t get lost before Friday’s Tiara Happy Hour, plus I didn’t want to risk smooshing it by packing it in a bag.
No wonder the guy was smirking. I guess you don’t see tiara-wearing women just any day of the week normally. Oops.
However, it did make moving more fun. I think that I will wear it as I finish cleaning the place out. Wearing a tiara always makes life better. Try it someday – you’ll know what I mean!

I used to wear a tiara when I did housework… but now that I have the bald spot, it falls off, so I don’t wear it anymore.
Best laugh of my day! Don’t all “queens” do housework? I wear a red hat…
I think you should wear it when the cable guy comes back!
Looks like I picked the wrong week to quit smoking.
On another note, yeah, I would qualify that as a “don’t see that everyday.” As a natural born flirt, I would have cooked up some cheesy line about princess taking her own luggage just to get over there to help.
You know, hitting on women and what have you – that same old chestnut.
that is too funny!
LOL LOL!!!! That’s funny. I may have to dig out something fun to wear as I start packing. *grin*
ROFL! That is too funny. 😀
I know! I have my little one and I wear it when I want to feel happy.
where’s my tiara?
people already have a hard enough taking me too seriously… this can only confuse/distract them more
