you’re excited?? i swear, christine, next season, you and me honey!! we are going to do this damned race!!

can someone watch jason for a couple of months while we tear around the world?

hehe 😀

Aw what! The soccer moms were awesome – the twins I agree with. They’re idiots! I was voting for the soccer moms just because of the little girl in the store … I definitely think the twins should have lost. :\

Hehe, I’m tempted to apply, but I don’t know if I could handle the stress of running around like that. 🙂

The Race is On!

My reality show of choice? The Amazing Race. I’m happy to see it will be on again, starting October 2 at 8pm CST!

I hope they go through Europe more this time – I’m all for exotic locales, but last season was just a bit much. Washing elephants? Come on.

Amazing Race is the only reality show worth watching as far as I’m concerned! I want desperately to be a contestant but I know that I’d stub my toe or something on a rickshaw and be sidelined, hobbling around some backwater town looking for a doctor while holding a picture of my bloody toe. Last season I could barely watch because of Blake and Paige — there is something so obviously, um, wrong there and Blake’s teeth were like the third contestant. Viva la Amazing Race!

In our house “washing the elephant” has become synonymous with going to work. As in “I can’t play with you this morning, I have to go wash the elephant”. I suspect my children actually think this is what I do for a living.

I’m looking forward to the premier, even though IT starts 3 days before my wedding, so watching it won’t be possible, but I have a VCR.

They avoided Europe last Season due to the higher security in Europe after Sept. 11 may have made getting tickets on international flights at the last minute nearly impossible.

… Huh, I hadn’t ever heard of this show until now! (Not so surprising when you consider that I only watch TV for three shows, none of which comes on CBS ever.) I will *definitely* be checking this out, though, as travelling is right up my alley 😉
