According to an article at MSNBC, Houston is the #1 city most likely to procrastinate on their taxes. I’m proud to say that I added to that statistic by waiting until today to file mine. No point in rushing to send it off if you owe them money! [via Jewdez]
Kudos to the IRS for having a fast and stable server finally. I was able to get in, get out, and get on my way. That is always a good thing.

I was thinking today about how much it SUCKED before tax stuff was available online!
I’m still shocked that it’s holding up. I expected it would’ve been in the crapper, but huge props to the IRS! (Oh no I didn’t!) Yeah, I did, but the really do deserve it – otherwise I’d be screwed!
I just finished mine tonight as well. It only took @ 15 minutes with the free turbotax site, but I finished right at 12:01 am. Talk about procrastinating! 😉
